Cypress Villages - Change in schedule for Open House! & Correct CV Phone Number

Dear All:
Due to the opportunity for everyone to attend the MUM/David Lynch activities this weekend, we have decided to reschedule our upcoming open house to Monday, May 28th at 2:00 PM.

We will be holding open houses each Saturday at 2:00pm starting next week (6/2/2007) until the end of June.
Phone Number Correction:
In the email update we sent out yesterday (included below), we listed the wrong phone number for Cypress Villages in the footer. The correct phone number is 641-469-2633. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
On Monday, May 28th at 2:00 PM, the Cypress Villages team will be hosting an Open House so that you can:
*Get a fast summary on the quickly changing progress towards Subdivision approval and many other important issues.
*See the CC&R’s (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) that will convey with the land.
*See the 10 (Ten!) Stock Cypress Villages, MSV, floor plans, and a Typical elevation. Custom plans from you, your architect or our architect are an option as well. All floor plans are subject to final MSV approval.
*See the prices for the 10 Stock plans, and the Sustainable, high grade material specifications and mechanical systems. We are confirming that these homes are less expensive than any comparable MSV homes.
*And best of all, we have named streets and numbered lots, so for those that have placed a deposit, you can start the Lot Selection process!
This Open House will be applicable to everyone, so bring friends and tell everyone you know.
Right now, we have 26 people who have deposits for homes and lots. In order to start Phase I, we have tightened our planning, and can start with 40-45 homes. This is the time to come and see the very real progress we have achieved, and to take the steps needed to start building your new home this summer.

*Select your Free Building Lot and get your instant equity. This is still the cornerstone of our Marketing Efforts, and has only improved as we add amenities to the Cypress Villages plan!
If you are not in Fairfield, you can still make the deposit, contract to have your home built and reserve your lot via the internet and with the excellent assistance of our project management team. Call or email us to start the process.
We plan to hold these Open Houses each week for the next month, and the lots are chosen on a First Deposit basis. In order to move the project forward this summer, lot reservations will only be accepted for persons building homes within the next three months.
Contact your own mortgage lender, Nadine Oliver at The Mortgage Company (phone: 641-469-5664) or Jayne Sandler at Wells Fargo (phone:319-887-7410) if you need help to determine your level of financial eligibility for a Single Family or Multi-Family home. We have lots and plans available for Single Family, Duplex, Triplex and Quadplex homes. Most of our Stock multi-family dwellings have two bedroom units, and we suggest you use current MSV rental pricing for income analysis.
If you are in the area and driving by the Cypress Villages land, you will see that it is among the prettiest fields in Jefferson County. The transition to Organic Certification is underway, and the fields are covered in Oats and Alfalfa, with no GMO’s, herbicides or fertilizers applied. Enter the property from Highway One at the Farmstead driveway, 1784 Highway One, and follow the driveway past the main buildings and deep into the center of the land. Stay on the tractor path, and the crops will not be damaged nor should you get stuck. We can’t really guarantee that, but the road is good on a dry day. Now imagine beautiful MSV homes with picket fences, concrete roads, a flying hall and playgrounds; a Permaculture Paradise with wind generators in the far NE corner. Enjoy.
